SouthCross Community Church is dedicated to the spiritual nurture and development of all people.  We provide many opportunities for our members to experience fellowship, study, and spiritual growth.  We also are involved with several programs of the wider community that combine opportunities to grow spiritually with outreach to others.  Here are some of the ways we accomplish these goals...

Small group and prayer ministries...

Members are encourage to participate in small groups for fellowship

study, and prayer (see our Programs Page for further information).  A

focus on developing the spiritual life of each member, coupled with practical

help in developing a relationship with the Lord, is at the core of all of our programs.

Intensive experiences...

We are also blessed to participate in programs that provide intensive, weekend  "courses" in spiritual nurture, discipleship, and growth in faith.  Adults are invited and encouraged to experience Unidos En Cristo (formerly Cursillo) or Walk to Emmaus.  Youth are given a similar opportunity through the Teens Encounter Christ (TEC) program.  Another important element of our spiritual outreach is our involvement in the Charis Prison Ministry program, which takes the Cursillo model into the prison system.  Please click on the links below for further information.

We encourage our members to participate in regular devotional exercises,
