RECIPE OF THE MONTH
Each month our members nominate a favorite recipe to share on our web site. Here is the current month's entry. We hope you'll like it!
HELLO DOLLY
from Pastor Casey, in memory of Marlene Jarrett
1 cup butter 2 cups chocolate chips
2 cups crushed graham crackers 2 cups chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
2 cups flaked coconut 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
Melt butter and combine with crackers. Press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Add layer of coconut across crust. Add layer of chips over coconut. Add layer of nuts over chips. Pour condensed milk over everything to coat. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool partially before cutting into squares. Tastes great warm or cooled.
Note: you may choose to make extra layers by doing one cup at a time of coconut, chips, and nuts. Either way works.

Pg. 108 – Glazed Pumpkin Cranberry Scones from Pastor Casey…this is the wrong recipe and doesn’t turn out very good. The glaze recipes are fine, though.
Pg. 115 – Zucchini Bread from Kay H. should read 1 ½ c. brown sugar NOT ½ c.
In addition, we have found books with missing or duplicated pages. If you have a book with a missing page, please let us know and we will supply the page or replace the book.
